I am a true believer now after having Ella that there is always a low/no sugar or additive version for everything we eat. I became an obsessive label reader – spending countless hours at the store reading every label. To my surprise, the options found were approximately the same price as the other alternatives and that it wasn’t necessarily the organic version which was the better option.
